"We were upgraded to a Fallsview room at no extra charge which was a great bonus. We were not happy with the parking situtation. There was limited parking and you had to pay $15 up front for parking per day."

"I did not appreciate a parking bill tagged onto my hotel bill, and this will prevent me from ever staying at this chain of hotel again. As if the bill wasn't expensive enough, you make me pay to park, too? Utterly ridiculous!"

"Found my room unclean, clothes hangers on the floor, a welcome card for previous occupants and some pins left on carpet that were truly dangerous, one piercing my foot. On complaint to desk was greeted with bored disinterest, despite the fact that I could have sued and I was made to feel that, as I had booked by Internet, I was lucky to have a room at all. Because I am a senior citizen and wished to enjoy Niagara Falls for a further night and certainly did not want the inconvenioence of leaving the hotel, stayed in a 'Standard' rate room for the second night, surrounded by rowdy teenagers who were banging on doors the whole night. Not a pleasant experience, to say the least and certainly NOT what I come to expect from Hilton. By the way, the Restaurant was superb and the service was perfect, in sharp contrast to the surliness of the Reservation Desk. You really need to check them out. All the above is accurate and it spoiled, what was for me, a nostalgic return to Niagara after 30 years. Clive Lythgoe."
